Recently read an email about this. I guess some people already seen this picture floating around and expressed their thinking over it.

The brief story goes like this: If you are able to change the course of the train, will you change it to the unused tracks and save the three kids? Mind that one kid is playing on the unused tracks too.

Many people will choose to save the 3 kid playing on the railway tracks and forsake the kid on the unused one. Which, I think is totally unfair. Also, many will change their views after reading the email and say they will not change the course of the train. Reason, the unused tracks are not used for a reason and changing the course will endanger the people on the train too.

When I first saw the picture, I thought of not changing the tracks first. Why? Not because I thought of the above reason first. I was thinking more along the line of, these kids playing at the railway tracks need to be taught a lesson, and the bloodier it is, the better the effect. Harsh teachings? Maybe~ But is it really harsh when thousands of lives were involved?
